Organizers in the Land of Enchantment (“OLÉ”) is a New Mexico nonprofit corporation tax-exempt under Section 501(c)4 of the Internal Revenue Code. OLÉ supports political candidates who align with our values and are voted upon by OLÉ membership. Any donations made to OLÉ are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
OLÉ Education Fund is a New Mexico nonprofit corporation tax-exempt under Section 501(c3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are a non-partisan organization that focuses on educating the public on social issues, including, for example, early childhood education, minimum wage, paid sick leave, and democracy reform. Donations to OLÉ Education Fund qualify as tax-deductible under IRC 501(c)(3).
